I was using my photobooth to take this picture of Aaron:

When I found this little gem:

Aaron Herrmann from Bonnie Herrmann on Vimeo.

Isn't that hilarious? I'm pretty sure this was taken when he was supposed to be cleaning our old apartment. I'm trying not to laugh so I won't wake him up. Aaron is the best. This morning he worked from five to eleven and tonight he's working another shift, four to ten. He's always willing to help people out - he's the hardest worker I know.

Christmas Love.

Some Christmas Highlights:
Buying Buckyballs for Aaron - he played with them for five hours straight!
Aaron's gift to me - the most perfect dress. It's the first piece of clothing he's bought for me.
Sweet baby boy clothes from my mother in law
Aaron's excited present opening voice, no matter what the present is (the iCarly movie I gave him...)
Playing "Ticket to Ride" with Devon, Ruth and Ryan 'til one AM
Aaron practically living in his new Jazz Warm up suit.
Psycho-Me crying when I opened up the third and fourth season of Quantum Leap on DVD. Seriously, Sam Beckett... I love you.
Being with Marci, Sam, and Zoe. I love that they moved out here to Utah.
Talking to Zach - I miss him a lot. Last Christmas without him!! When he gets home, he will see me as a wife and a mother for the first time. Crazy.
And of course, the best memories are made when cameras are not around. Just the way my big fat belly likes it.

I put a creepy baby countdown on my side bar...
just gotta fit in.

Boy, oh Boy.

Pretend not to notice how this picture is totally ridiculous.
And how at 21 weeks I'm ginormo.

I'm cool with it. I just tried to distract you from the belly with Apollo written on the side
and a face. What is going on there?
Whatever, thats the picture you get.

Anyway, last week we found out we were having a baby boy.
I need to scan pictures of the ultrasound.
It was so cool to watch that baby wiggle and move and hide from the technician and see his little feet.

When the technician said it was a boy Aaron literally did a fist pump and cheered "YESSS!!!"
Similar to the time I peed on a stick and he did a fist pump and yelled "WOOOOOOOOOO!" outside of the bathroom at Smith's. That was a good day.
I was just in awe watching our little guy move.
Aaron made me pinky promise that the baby's name would be Apollo, so unless he comes up with another one, he gets to choose.

I'm so excited.

Ever since I saw my little guy I've just had this LOVE for the baby that I can't explain and I can't wait to see him for the first time, because I know it will be a crazy kind of love.

Make the next 19 weeks fly by! please!

I don't have a whole lot to say about pregnancy, mainly because I feel like I've had it easier than some, and I have enjoyed it so far, for the most part.

I didn't have a lot of morning sickness in the beginning, I was mainly tired and the smells of food really got to me. I threw up only once in the first trimester and that was when I watched a video of a kid picking up poo.

During the second trimester, I started throwing up when I didn't have food in my stomach, so mostly at night before Aaron came home. Sometimes I'll throw up if I see something really gross.

The weirdest part of being pregnant is probably how my abdomen doesn't have enough room for my stomach, lungs, and baby. Excersise is harddddd and I walk slower and don't run up stairs. I also have the smallest torso in the world, like I have two available inches between my ribs and my hip bone. So after I eat a regular sized meal I can't get enough air in my lungs... and I'm only half way! haha.

Recently I've been feeling my baby kick, which is just a really cool feeling. He kicks right where my pants bunch up under my belly, and it feels like little flicks inside. Awesome.

Dear Baby,

A few months after we were married, Aaron played this song and told me that it made him want to have a baby. Not any time soon of course, but he wanted you.

Tonight that song came on our itunes and I just cried. I love you so much already.

We love you so, so much,

Work Christmas Party!

As usual, I forgot to take pictures.
But this was definitely (my) best work Christmas party ever!

Our work typically gives us a BENJAMIN in our Christmas cards at the party, and a gift. Last year we got one of those flip type video cameras, one year I got an Iphone and this year we got

Maui Jim Sunglasses!

Oooh, Fancy! I guess they are polarized. I don't really know what that means.

Anyway, so then my work does a raffle and I won this...

A remote... car starter! So they announced the prize before calling my name and I was like "does that even work on a 1999 dodge neon?" and then my name was called!

Well long story short ten seconds after the party we went to best buy and returned that business and bought a flat screen tv for our new apartment with the cash and return from the remote starter.

My life is basically awesome.
Thanks 4life!

December is trying to kill me.

We are just so busy inbetween moving, Christmas parties, finals, doctors appointments... it just feels insane!

Luckily we saved all that money in rent because I just blew it on a washer and dryer on Craigslist...
Craigslist and I have a dear relationship. I found 2 out of 3 apartments on craigslist, bought 6 chairs, a washer and dryer and a bicycle.
I sold and entertainment center, and one time gave away free pregnancy tests on craigslist... that is a really good story...
Craigslist I heart you.

The other night we went over to our new apartment to check out everything and to do a little inspection. The carpets were kind of naaaaaaaaaasty. And it didn't bother me too much, I figured i could cover it up or whatever..

The next day I was at work and these images of carpet stains were swimming through my head... so disgusting... so I called Aaron who said if it was bothering me I would have to call to ask them what they could do about it.

So I called and they're replacing the carpets! yes!

This is really boring.

Aaron has been applying for some jobs up here so if anybody hears of anything, let us know!

Dear new bathroom,
sorry about the puke... consider yourself christened.

uhhh this is awesome.

So my current landlord told us we don't have to pay anything for the month of December, even though she's not kicking us out until the 14th and our new place is letting us move in on the first, but we're only paying half month's rent. So we have two whole weeks to move in... basically

and then ALSO they're giving us a free month's rent so we're getting a month and a half of rent free!
