Springtime.

Even though I had to scrape the ice off my windows this morning, it HAS to be springtime!
PROOF: The birds that live by my work are building nests!
Which can only mean SUMMER IS COMING!
Good things about Summertime:
Babies will be born
Camping camping camping!
White water rafting!
Sunbathing!
Hammock chillaxing!
(this is most likely where I fell in love with Herrmann)
Popsicles!
Smoothies!
Hot Dogs!
(Although I "gave them up" I can't resist a good cheese dog over an open flame)
Fireworks!
Aaron will only take one class during the summer semester!
(WHICH MEANS THE SINK WILL ALWAYS BE EMPTY RIGHT?! RIGHT?!?!?!)
YAY for SUMMER!

Babies are cute.

My mom and I went to Costco the other day and spent about an hour looking at baby clothes. So cuuuuuuuuuute. I found the cutest little out fit for new baby Herrmann, baby Jones and baby Crystal. I want to start buying baby clothes and hording them for my own future maybe one day baby.

In other news.... I'm pumped to move out. Last weekend we painted the Herrmann's basement, and getting ready to move Devon and Ruth in! Exciting. I can't wait for that baby to be born and the nursery to be ready.

I need to stop looking/talking about baby clothes/babythings and my friends need to stop getting pregnant or I'm going to end up with a bundle of joy. Gross.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

Guess what?

We're moving!
To Orem!
50 minutes after I posted our apartment on facebook, a guy came over and took over our contract.
Awesome.
Our new apartment will cost a little more, have a real bedroom, our own washer and dryer, and is 15 minutes closer to work. I'll have a BED instead of just a MATTRESS!
life is good.

The Splurge Is Over.

Thank goodness.
I think it may have been the promise of the tax refund or perhaps the fact that I haven't bought anything fun for 7 long months, or maybe it's the fact that Aaron has Saturdays off and can approve my purchases.

The most wonderful comforter around.

Hurley Purse from Zappos
Do they give everyone 1 day shipping? Or is that just a Utah deal? Either way... it's awesome.

And, because of the snowstorm thursday and friday, we decided to go up to Brighton and snowboard it up. The powder was sweet. "Like mashed potatoes" like some announcer said during the olympics. Aaron landed some sweet jumps, which he definitely didn't attempt last winter. I kinda just made my little s's down the mountain and took it easy. The powder was a little too deep in the woods, so I did get stuck a few times, and had to army crawl my way out of some waist deep places. but it was awesome. I did catch some air and land sucessfully... once.

It was fantastic. Snowboarding AND spending money.

sleep tight

I love this duvet cover I got at Ikea!
Aaron thinks it's "Heavenly"
don't even get me started on the comforter inside...
